Sesame beef, simple recipe but taste really good...

My sister ask me this recipe and i wanna share it to others too.

Sesame Beef

Ingredients:

1 lb. round steak
4 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. white sugar
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions/scallions chopped
2 tbsp. sesame seeds - slightly toasted

Directions:

Mix soy sauce, sugar, oil, garlic and onions in a large bowl. Set aside
Cut steak into strips and add to bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or atleast 30 minutes.
Cook in wok or frying pan until brown, about 5 minutes. Add sesame seeds and cook for additional 2 minutes.

You can add veggies as side dishes, you can saute' broccoli, carrots or asparagus and mushroom.
When i make this recipe, i doubled the sauce and lower alittle bit of sugar, too sweet for me and i used sesame toasted oil instead of vegetable oil coz i like the taste of it more.
